Web SignUp Form Not Working

I notice in the Modx Sample Site the signup form works good but for some unknown reason on my test site its doesn’t do anything, when you sign up the form just resets itself without creating an account, I made sure all the weblogin/websignup files are exactly the same as the Sample Site so not sure why it would not work, this should be just a base set up so everything should work like the sample site did I miss something ?

yea I figured it out damn I thought I would have known that by now, 20 lashings I deserve, after awhile it becomes a blur between [[  ]] uncached and [!  !] cached he he

by any chance can we add our own action url in order to send a copy to our email address ?  usually i have my own action url via my host so when the form is submitted i receive via email with a who from and the form items

whats the difference between the signup form inside websignup.inc.php
and the &tpl formsignup, they both appear to effect the signup ?
