modx - special characters in title, introtext, description

Hi,

I’ve searched in the forum but didn’t find anything about missing special characters in title, introtext, summary.

I’m using charset iso-8859-1 so I need that special characters (and as you know european languages such as german and french contains lot of them) be translated in &something; to display correctly but it seems that some fileds are not filtered.

will this be fixed in next release ?
