How do I display "createdon" in a chunk in a certain format?

Hi.

Must be very easy but right now, I cannot find it.
How can I display createdon in the format I want (dd/mm/yy hh:mm) in a chunk.
I need :
- strftime("%d/%m/%y %H:%M", $value)
- [+createdon+]
I do not know how to put all together.

Check AuthorTime stamp v1.2 for example and maybe modify it to suit your needs.
