Parse Error

I have created a new tag line for my navigation so I can edit it with the editor. Now when I click on my tag line in the quick edit bar I get the text area and write what I want in it. When I click OK I get a Parse error

Anyway of fixing this?

Any help would be appreciated I stopped all my development to fix this error.
