New snippet install error

    Well I am having a problem installing a "New snippet" after I insert the PHP code and go to save i get the following error,

    "Service Temporarily Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

    I am not sure where it is getting this message from, anyhelp would be greatfull.

      Your server is most likely a shared server with thousands of hosting accounts on it. The DB is likely experiencing too much load. It’s not a MODx issue.

        So I am going to guess that there is really not much i can do about the error or installing new snippets?

          About the only thing you can do is wait a few minutes, then try again. Eventually you’ll get a chance when the server isn’t overloaded.
