probem of uploading file with filename of chinese characters

I upload a file with filename of chinese characters in fckeditor resources browser,
and I foundd that everything disppear in the resources browser,
so I took a look at the path of modx\assets\files,
and all the files still there.
Can anyone help me?

I suspect you need to change the language you’re using in FCK. Of course I have no idea how to do that, though. :/
