DropMenu+Friendly URLs+Folder

at first sorry or my english. i’am from russia. and while our community as soon as organize i will terrorize yours

so, get down to business, i enable friendly url’s and what get some menu where is folders. I use for that DropMenu snippet, but for folders it generate urls as folder_name.html ! why and how it overcome?

Since folders are also regular documents that can contain content, this is not a surprise. I think you expect something like "yourdomain.ru/your_folder/" as URL. But this would let the server search for an index.html in this folder which doesn´t exist. But you´re right, perhaps there is a possibility to improve the SEO function with that.
