  • [Updated] Due to a few more fixes for bugs and issues in the RC3 we have issued a RC4. This means you have more time to post or make changes needed for your translation.

Revolution 2.1 RC1 is out now and we are preparing for the Revolution 2.1.0-pl release. We need your help updating translations. Of note, there were a number of significant changes to the lexicons for Template Variables relating to the new Input Options as well as to System Settings changes.

If you have worked with translations in the past, please submit updates no later than 2PM Central Time (GMT -0600) May 9, 2011 2PM Central Time (GMT -0600).

You can submit translations in one of two ways:

    1) Submit via GitHub by Forking MODx Revolution and submitting a Pull Request with the changes (Preferred Method), or
    2) Attach patch files to the ticket: Task #4216.

Please ensure all contributions use UNIX-style line-endings only.

      Current Translation Leads:
The "Translation Lead" for German (de) is me, not MadeMyDay, see http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,57952.0.html. wink He’s the one in charge for Evolution.

The German translation will be complete at the given time; I submitted a new version on Saturday, so there shouldn’t be much left to do, if any.

      Cheers,
      Jan

I may be wrong, but isn’t bert oost coordinating the Dutch translation?

          • @enigmatic_user sorry about that. I’ve fixed this. I will in the short term be posting the list of translation leads on the main marketing site for the translation teams for Revo and Evo.

Mark. I am not sure. I can’t find a record of bert being the lead but I have 3 or 4 llists and there may be more. Getting this organized in the coming week.

I’ll update if there are errors or additions. I believe Lammikko has started a .fi translation. I also read about a Danish translation too.

                  Oh the system settings... wonderful!!

Are this the final changes to the lexicon or should we wait for
RC2 or more? (just to avoid double work...)
