There is no MODx 0.9.7 and will never be such a release of MODx. At one time, MODx Revolution 2.0 (now in final alpha stages) was dubbed "0.9.7", but we changed our mind. The MODx 0.9.6.x releases will be followed by MODx Evolution 1.0.

Correct me if i’m wrong, This should be under the internationalization forum!
