    I tried changing one of our users (later on it will probably be more) to use the German language of the manager under Security => Manager Users => Edit User => User tab and then I can no longer login as that person(The default setting is set to english (for anyone trying to duplicate the error). I get an

    and a very nice looking modx logo.

    After doing some searching I found

    [#MODX-415] Update German manager file

    at http://svn.modxcms.com/crucible/browse/~raw,r=4372/modx/branches/0.9.6/install/changelog.txt

    but according to my system info I am using 0.9.6.3-RC1 rev 4291 which sort of takes me back to square one.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks,
    Taff

    PS Wasn’t really too sure where to throw this topic smiley

      The German language file in RC1 was not right, but it’s fixed in the SVN branch.

          Thanks again Ryan, that worked great. When I tried to download the branch with tortoise I was asked for authentication. I couldn’t find anything on the page that helped, not that its a biggy...at least not at the moment smiley

            @Taff

            Simply Check the german installer/manager(I’m not sure which one!) language file in which its content has changed by something else and makes error, even you can solve the problem just by changing the corrupted language file itself.

              Hey MotSmart,

              that’s more or less what I did before I posted my last reply. I used the fisheye link in Ryan’s signature. I was just curious as to what the password and username was, so that I could download via tortoise SVN in the future. I was under the impression that anyone could in fact download the latest beta, but maybe it’s just for people working on the project, and if so, sorry for any confusion.

              Thanks for your reply.

                You can always download a beta version from the Beta release page and check this to get the jira account for bug report etc... You need to pass the authentication where you want to commit to the SVN but as always SVN (trac/tattoo) is gracefully available for all here.
