Turkish Language

Hello,

I am working on a site in English, but would like to offer the same content in other languages (German, Swedish, and Turkish). I am asking here if anyone has a Turkish Language ModX?

I have the uncomplete turkish-language manager file, let me know if you like to have it, its done by "sermat", you can find him and his uncomplete translation here in the MODx internationalization forum, starting a couple of topics regarding turkish character set issues.
