    my db collations are utf8_general_ci

and charset encoding is utf8 at manager page

when i click save "kaydet" logout "çıkış" or create one document i m taking like this warnings

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/serhatyo/public_html/manager/includes/lang/turkish.inc.php:1) in /home/serhatyo/public_html/manager/processors/logout.processor.php on line 19
