I cant see spanish accents in manager

hi i begin with the translation to spanish but now i have a little problem.

when i saw the manager section in spanish i cant see the accents like if isnt the right encoding, where i can check the encoding for manager?.
when i saw the manager in localhost (in my computer) everything looks ok.

It’s immediately under the language selection list in the manager section. Make sure to set the right encoding (unfortunately I don’t know what that should be in your situation!).
