Have you checked out themeforest.net? They have tons of cool html templates. You’d still have to integrate these into ModX yourself, but that’s pretty easy - just start by pasting the entire html into a template and make sure that the relative links to css/images/js are correct and then you can start tweaking it from there.

God does not save those who are only imaginary sinners. Be a sinner, and let your sins be strong, but let your trust in Christ be stronger, and rejoice in Christ who is the victor over sin, death, and the world.

It’s tricky to develop Flash templates... Flash is static. You would have to work carefully with a flash developer to have it take variables from MODx as input. Flash has its place... but for me, I think it’s more for applications, and less for layouts, but it can be done.

          Well forget the Flash Then.
I am after a very Simple yet effective template that is branded for my own Business and is not going to cost the earth. I like the www.yootheme.com templates but they are for joomla and I am not a fan of joomla

You could port over Joomla or WordPress etc. templates if you can just see the final HTML. MODx is really good at this. I made a video showing how existing HTML and CSS can be ported over to MODx:
            http://www.tipsfor.us/2009/04/30/creating-templates-in-modx-part-i-part-iv-in-the-series/

If you can get the HTML/CSS of that Joomla template, you can port it over to MODx.
