I’ve just installed modx on my personal web page... I’m planning to use animetor because I finded it very nice
(I have animetor 4 and modX 0.9.5RC2)
but .... but it doesn’t work with IE 6.0

I’ve got few pages using animetor :

http://schoepp.free.fr/modx/index.php?id=48
they both work well with FF ... but with IE the menu is first alf hidden. When mouse get over, it shows enterly... or IE explode (about 1 time out of 4)

I’m running a modifyed version of modX (for my FAI = free). but i think it only changes in manager.
I don’t think the problem comes from the site as it function very well with FF.
I’ve ran validator ... HTML is ok

Could you help me ?

One last thing : in your template, there is a {{animeFooter}} but no instruction tells to make such a chunk. It’s not hard to find... just to tell you that thing I’ve noticed

I can confirm this template does not work using IE7 either - the left hand column just disappears and the righthand one gets shown on the left instead.

Hello all,

I will be providing support going forward for all Scottwell templates. I am in the process of reworking this template to correct the IE7 support issues. I have attached my current working version that corrects the IE7 problems, but please note this is a rewrite of the original template and as such you should replace all resources. If you are using TV’s to power the sidebars you are welcome to keep using them just change the sidebar chunks with your TV calls.

This is a working version so there are still some bugs with browser support. It’s currently tested and working with IE7, IE8, Firefox 2, Firefox 3, and Chrome. There are still some slight positioning errors with IE6, but for those of you who don’t care about IE6 support enjoy.

I will update the repository once I have finished fixing the IE6 issues.
