Hi!
While trying to install the package in Modx Revo Package Managment, i get the error:
Console running...
Package found...now preparing to install.
Attempting to install package with signature: gallery-1.2.0-rc1
Could not install package with signature: gallery-1.2.0-rc1
I can install other packages with no problem..
Any ideas?
I just had this issue and I managed to solve it.
My situation:
- I moved my site from our local server to a new server.
- Everything still works fine on the front and back end.
- Only issues arose when trying to install a new add-on on this new server.
Solution:
- If you have access to your database, have a look at your MODx Workspace which should be named ’yoursitename_workspaces’ in your databse. The data in this table was still referring to the old server.
- Once I changed that, everything installed perfectly!
I have the same problem and looked at the Workspaces table. No luck there.
I also hadn't moved my site, just from one day to another the site couldn't update packages anymore. I also don't see a license agreement when I try to install, maybe that should give you a clue?

I wouldn't know what your problem is exactly. Make sure the permissions on the packages folder is writable?
