After uploading zip images don't appear in back end

Hi,

It seems that zip option in gallery back end manager doesn’t work.

I used winrar to create zip archive, then tried uploading it. After upload was done no images appeared in gallery. They get uploaded to server but doesn’t show up in back end manager.

What could be the problem ?

Also, is it possible to sort back end galleries Ascending order ?

And is there a way to mass-rename pictures ?

i can’t get the zip upload working either. any specific php libs needed? it just doesnt seem to upload anything. no progress indication, error messages or anything. Will have to spend more time debugging i guess..
