    I’ve seen the topic talked about here but no real resolution. The link on my gallery to the original image shows up as
    /assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&w=500&h=500&zc=0&far=&q=90&src=/assets/components/gallery/files/4/13.JPG

    Is there a way to have the original image link directly to the image without resizing the image?

          Hi

          Create a new Chunk gallerifficitemthumb (this is standard Galleriffic's Chunk (/core/components/gallery/elements/chunks/gallerifficitemthumb.chunk.tpl) that used but not in MODx chank list):
          <li>
              <a class="thumb" name="[[+name]]" href="[[+image]]" title="[[+name]]">
                  <img src="[[+thumbnail]]" alt="[[+name]]" />
              </a>
              <div class="caption">
                  <div class="download">
                      <a href="[[+image_absolute]]">[[%gallery.download_original? &namespace=`gallery` &topic=`galleriffic`]]</a>
                  </div>
                  <div class="image-title">[[+name]]</div>
                  <div class="image-desc">
                      [[+description]]
                      [[+tags:notempty=`
          <em>[[%gallery.tags]]:</em> [[+tags]]`]]
                  </div>
              </div>
          </li>

          was:
          <li>
              <a class="thumb" name="[[+name]]" href="[[+image]]" title="[[+name]]">
                  <img src="[[+thumbnail]]" alt="[[+name]]" />
              </a>
              <div class="caption">
                  <div class="download">
                      <a href="[[+image]]">[[%gallery.download_original? &namespace=`gallery` &topic=`galleriffic`]]</a>
                  </div>
                  <div class="image-title">[[+name]]</div>
                  <div class="image-desc">
                      [[+description]]
                      [[+tags:notempty=`<br /><em>[[%gallery.tags]]:</em> [[+tags]]`]]
                  </div>
              </div>
          </li>
