    Hi,

    Is it possible to make internationalisation in the use of Gallery snippet (by using lexicon for example) ?
    I have a multilingual website en/fr/es/po with few galleries and each image has a title and a description.
    My customer want to translate each description (and some titles) and I d’ont know how to do this without recreate the galleries...

    Any idea ?

      Hello,

      It seems that Shaun has just started working on it: https://github.com/splittingred/Gallery/commit/649e9e2a99d14bb44af115ad49a2bfa85ba1f240 wink

          Erm, no, I haven’t added i18n to the Galleries themselves.

          You could always put Lexicon tags in the Gallery item descriptions:

          [[%item1_desc? &topic=`mytopic` &namespace=`mynamespace`]]

          And do it via Lexicons.

            i have a recent issue with the new update of the gallery. http://www.s-karp.com/products.html works perfectly in english. that would be my main context. On any other language it doesn't work anymore. The resource codes are the same for any language. The .htaccess allows redirects to /assets. So i think that within this new update there's a glitch on the file path if the files are requested by a different path then the default one.
            here's a request shown by firebug:

            <img width="100%" src="/assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&w=0&h=0&zc=0&far=&q=90&src=%2Fro%2Fassets%2Fgallery%2F1%2F122.jpg">

            while i thik it should be just

            <img width="100%" src="/assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=web/phpthumb&w=0&h=0&zc=0&far=&q=90&src=%2Fassets%2Fgallery%2F1%2F122.jpg">

            or, there is something overwriting the .htacces that tells all requests to go to assets.

            Check for yourself on my site. On my localhost i have the old version of the gallery and it works perfectly. i'm using a modx 2.2.0 traditional. All photos are below 2.3 mb and i had to reduce them all below 3mb so they can actualy be cropped and thumbnailed. otherwhise i would have gained a fatal error of max memmory allowed. If any code is required i'd gladly give-it because i need to fix this fast
            Thank you
