Gallery Tag List

I want to generate a list of all used Tags from my Gallery images and link them to the related images. How to do this?

Is here a fix for, yet?

The only way I can see of doing this (in my limited capacity and without a custom snippet) is to use Rowboat to directly rip the tags from the DB, however you would then need to put a check in place so a tag was not duplicated in the list.

Any other ideas?
