GalleryAlbums HELP

I search on forum, but not find anything.

I have my gallery structure same this:

GALLERY1(id)
----------- SUB1(id)
----------- SUB2(id)
----------- SUB3(id)

GALLERY2(id)
----------- SUB1(id)
----------- SUB2(id)
----------- SUB3(id)
----------- SUB4(id)
----------- SUB5(id)
----------- SUB6(id)

i need to show for example only items in GALLERY2.
i use this:

[[!GalleryAlbums? &parent=`7`]]

i find parent $tring in snippet GalleryAlbums.

This don’t work for me. Anyone can help me with my gallery?

This should show links for your child-albums under parent-album(id=7) with their album-names .
Your albums are prominent and active?

yes, all my album is prominent and ACTIVE, but parent string don’t have any effect, snippet galleryAlbums result to me all my album from root.

for all forum user, if you need to make PARENT works, you need to set the showAll=’’ (empty value).

for ex.:

do i need to set all the photos to prominent? is that a must?
I want to also make an album with sub albums list, but i cant seem to make that work.

@bagias - Yes, prominent should be checked.
