Upgrade Ussue?

I tried upgrading to the newest gallery through package management today. All seemed to go well but then I tried to create a new resource and got a blank page. Same happened when I tried to edit an existing resource. I completely uninstalled gallery and all was fine. Seems like there might be a bug with the newest version?
