[+maxigallery.picnumber+] start from 0?

Hello, I have a javascript that uses a counter to move images in a slider but the way it set up it counts from 0, as it should. Is there a way that I can make the [+maxigallery.picnumber+] start from 0 as well as it’s not quite working with the JS as intended. I’m using version 0.6 if this is of any use.
