'Invalid image dimensions' parse error when uploading zip file (SOLVED)

Hi, thumbnail creation isn’t working for us when uploading via a zip file, I can upload individual or multiple jpg’s fine, it creates the folder, large image and thumbnail however when I zip the same images and upload them it fails at the thumbnail creation. Here’s the error:

Has anyone come across this and know what might be causing it?

EDIT: I have found the problem, this only happens when you Zip a Photoshop jpeg on a Mac (using the default ’Compress’) - if you Zip the images on a PC or use alternative Zip software then it works.

We have now found that uploading images in a Zip is working fine except where an image was saved from Photoshop. It seems as soon as you save for web (or just save) from Photoshop then try uploading these photos in a Zip folder, you get the error from the post above. If you take it direct from the camera then it’s fine.

Can somebody try this in their version of maxigallery and see if it works?

I think someone had the same problem a while ago.. you could possibly find the thread by search.
