Don't show clearerTpl after last row

    I think, it’s not necessarity show clearerTpl after last row. So I offer add follow check:


    	if($counter == $mg->mgconfig['pics_per_row'] [color=red]&& $i != $limit-1[/color]) {
		$outerTplData['pictures'] .= $tpl->getTemplate($mg->mgconfig['clearerTpl']);
		$counter = 0;
	}
