Disable "Manage pictures" button

    How do I disable the "Manage pictures" button on a gallery parent page displaying only childgalleries? Might confuse the client...

    [!MaxiGallery? &display=`childgalleries` &childgalleries_order_by=`pagetitle` &childgalleries_order_direction=`DESC` &childgalleries_level_limit=`2`!]

      by adding a custom &galleryOuterTpl which may contain only (e.g) [+maxigallery.childgalleries+]
