I have a situation where I need to have all the thumbnails of the gallery on the footer of every page with &gal_query_ids=`333` and when any of that images will be clicked then the document 333 with that gallery will open?

do a custom galleryPictureTpl where you will make the link from the thumbnail be:
<a href="[~[+maxigallery.picture.gal_id+]~]" ......
