    Hi everyone,

I’m moving an existing rock magazine website into MODx (Which I like more and more!! smiley )
One part of the site presents detailed articles of bands.
One article contains multiple sections : Introduction, presentation, discography, interview, concerts, etc.
You can see the existing site here to see what I mean: http://www.frequencerock.com/decouverte/

I would like to create the same kind of submenu and presentation using MODx.
But even though each section is kind of a page of it’s own, since they are all linked to the same band, it would be great if all of this content was contained within the same id page in the MODx Backend, putting the various content in different TVs.

So my thought is for a band called XYZ, I could create one MODx page, with the following TVs :
    - Introduction
    - Presentation
    - Interview
    - etc.

... And the corresponding menu displaying the content of one TV or another depending on the which section is requested.

    But here’s my question :
Is it possible to call the content of various TVs, depending on the link I click on in the menu? And if so, how can I do this?! Do I need to use a snippet? Does such a snippet exist?
What’s the simplest way to do this using MODx ?

Thanks for any advice on this subject!

    Greg

    • I would suggest using documents for this, it’s easy enough to "Duplicate" documents once you get one set of them the way you want them, edit and move them to the appropriate folders, and then calling DropMenu on the main folder/page, or in the template, as desired.
