&max_pic_size - processing on upload

Hi there,

i’ve set &max_pic_size=`700`, so uploaded pictures are going to be resized to 700px .... wonder if it saves max_execution_time, max_input_time & memory_limit if the uploaded pictures are exactly 700px on the widest part already.

it seems they aren’t even processed when the uploaded size matches exactly (or smaller) the max_pic_size - am i right?

Yea, resizing should only happen if it’s needed.
