Date parser with PHx

Hi guys,

I’m developing my first site using modx. Due to my inexperience with modx I’ve a little problem on my maxigallery and phx.

I noticed that if i write in my template:

the output is "01.01.1970", but the picture date in my database is 05/02/2010 (italian date).

I think that ’date’ modifier accept only unix timestamp, and in maxigallery db, ’date’ field is ’datetime’.

I’m right? Is there any quick method to print only ’day.month.year’ from a datetime without using PHP?

I’ve found a solution... It’s a CustomModifier, a simple php snippet... sorry for my unuseful topic...
