SMF PHP includes

I’ve been looking at this again. I have found that there is a session ID for Logout, but the ID is not the same as one listed on forum pages. Of course the one on the forum pages is the correct one. What I don’t understand is where this wrong ID comes from? I can logout, and in again, and this wrong ID for the Managed pages is the same one, and wrong. I’ve queried the SMF DB, and it’s not listed there.

Obviously, I’m not at all knowledgeable about sessions, but maybe it’s enough to give someone else a clue.

. . . . Just before posting this, I thought I’d totally clear my cache, and cookies. Still no good. I have new sessions!

I’m revisiting this. A few posts back I reported problems with logging into my SMF forum using SSI login. I’d really like to get this working. The solution from ealier in the tread does not work with login (actually, I can login, but not out). It seems to be some kind of session failure.

Any help would be very much appreciated. I cannot code, so keep replies really simple.
