Strange Maxi Gallery issues....

Hi all! How are you doing?

Ok, here is what troubles me....

I have a gallery of 85 pictures (ziped around 8-9 MB)
When I upload just a few pics (for testing) it all works fine, but sonn as I try to upload this .zip file it crashes. My guess is something with the php.ini config (max upload size or something)
I also tried to put 40 pics in one zip file, and 45 in another. This works well (MG is uploading them), but then the layout for the gallery is all messed up!?!?!!
I don’t mind to upload 2 ziped files, but I was wondering why is the layout, in that case, wierd?!

1. The picture upload fails because MaxiGallery is hitting the server script maximum execution time or memory limits or file upload hits max upload size. You can see the configs to change from maxigallery wiki article. See the "IMPORTANT NOTE" part.

2. The layout goes fobar, because PHx crashes when there are many pictures on a single page. Things you can do to fix it is to make custom templates that don’t use PHx or use it lightly. Or enable paging in thumbnail view so there are less pictures per page. Or install PHx as plugin and increase the maximum passes value.

Ermmm... I’m not so good at this... can you provide me an example? Don’t know fo shure what to remove, and what to stay... I just use slimbox for embedeing pic’s

Thanks a lot!

I modified it more with phpthumb and it shows up some strange gaps, but I’m sure it’s CSS related...
