Problem with MG 0.6 and CustomFields

I create field in backend:

<textarea name="[+maxigallery.fieldnames.title_ru+]" rows="1" cols="40" onKeyDown="document.editform.[+maxigallery.fieldnames.modified+].value='yes'">[+maxigallery.picture.title_ru:htmlent+]</textarea>

But value from this field not saving in DB.
It must be saved in _maxigallery DB table?

What’s your snippet call?

Have you tried custom field names without underscore?

Thanks, Doze.
I`ll try without underscore.
For now i simply hardcode my vars:

$customFields = 'title_ru,title_ua,description_ru,description_ua';

in Maxigallery.php at line 218.
