I have installed Shaun’s Gallery plugin, but I noticed this post by doze. Is this just a dead post.
Well.. I have started with the component set, but caught up by other things.
I’m starting to build a web application with Revolution in the coming days where I will need a gallery component. I already checked out Shaun’s gallery component too and I’m probably going to delope it further for my needs (eg. add front end management and so on), or I’m going to continue my own if I need to add much to it or change it very much. Don’t know yet.
In any case, if you need a gallery for Revolution now, I would suggest to use Shaun’s gallery component. It already has all the basic stuff you need.

As a fan of maxigallery I am anxiously waiting for a Revolution version.
I have tried Gallery and it’s ok, but nothing compared to Maxi.
Until there is something comparable available for Revo, I am sticking with Evolution.
I have read Doze’s posts about plans for it... can’t wait!

I was expecting Maxigallery earlier.
One of the reasons i’ve found Modx as an option was the convenience using Maxigallery for managing galleries in Evolution.
Its a really good extension worth making a new version for Revo.
I was waiting for Revolution GA release in order to start setting up more projects on it, but the absence of something similar/better to Maxigallery gets me waiting.
Is there anything in the works for this functionality?
Please point me in the right direction.
