maxigallery shows same image twice

I made maxigallery with highslide and the "One thumbnail in page, but all pics in Slimbox/Lightbox v2 picture set"
example from the wiki.
For some reason when the lightbox opens it let me navigate as if I had 2 images even though there is only one image in the gallery.
If I put for example 5 images than it lets me navigate 6 pictures, it repeats the first image twice.

If I take out the second maxigallery call from the page it doesn’t happen.

Have you tried messing with the caching of the MG calls?

I usually call maxi uncached in cashed document.

After your post I tried the other options but they didn’t changed it.

I would think it has something to do with highslide itself, but this also happen to me when I had the images in a milkbox, so i assume it’s somewhere with maxigallery. especially when I remove the second call the problem disappear.

here are my 2 calls:

You have the first picture twice in the html source of the document. That’s why it’s shown twice.

Use &offset=`1` in the second snippet call to skip the first image as it’s already shown with the first snippet call.

OK. that indeed fixed it. thanks a million.

I don’t remember having the need to add the &offset for slimbox when I had this made step by step as in the wiki example.
was that already hard codded with slimbox config?

I think that slimbox get’s only unique urls to the picture set.. So it doesn’t show pictures twice even though they are multiple times in the source.
