I removed Friendly URLs, and it seems to be working now. However, I really need the Friendly URLs, any suggestions?
I am trying to install Maxigallery on a site - I’m going to apologize ahead of time, because this snippet is new to me.
I followed the directions on the Wiki regarding installation (obviously not well enough as it isn’t working, so I know I’ve done something wrong) - this is being done on an XAMPP localhost. All files are in the proper location. I set up the galleries/container/etc exactly as per the wiki.
When I press the ’manage pictures’ button (which does appear just like advertised
) I get ’object not found!’ 404 error from the server. The page url listed in the navbar appears to be correct (site/my-galleries/gallery-1) so I am at a loss here.
If I click back to the ’referring page’ link in the 404 error, I get this as the page address: (site/index.php%3fid=5)
This happens on both the gallery 1 and the my galleries pages I created as per the wiki.
It is currently uncached calls on uncached pages. Edit(I have now tried every possible combination of cached/uncached w/o change in the situation)
I’ve been pulling my hair out over this for about 2 days - I simply have no idea why this is happening. If anyone can offer assistance, that would be awesome!!
