Apparently when galleries get too big, I get a strange behavior of MaxiGallery. I’ll try to explain.
The webpage shows some source code of MG:

Then follow the thumbnails of the pictures as an unorderd list with bullets. In the source code of the page, these thumbnails are embedded between the tags
<div id="myGallery257"></div>
where 257 is the id of the page.
After the closing tag, I see

[+maxigallery.embedtype:isnot=`smoothgallery`:then=`
[+maxigallery.pictures:isnot=``:then=`
which also is displayed on the webpage.
Then the thumbnails are showed again, this time according to the template I used.
After the closing tag of the div, I see
which again is showed on the webpage (in this case before the thumbnails).

I use this snippet call:

I also tried the call without template and again with the standard template as found in assets/snippets/maxigallery/templates, but with the same result.
I’ve experienced this problem before, but then I put the images in separate albums, which solved the problem.
But this time I just want one big gallery, so how can I solve this problem?
I use MaxiGallery 0.5.2 with modx 0.9.6.3.
Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated!
