Childgalleries

    I am trying to set up a new gallery with the following structure:

    +Gallery (1)
    Oranges (2)
    Grapes (3)
    Bananas (4)
    +Apples (5)
    Green (6)
    Red (7)

    Where I would like for the root (1) to show the thumbnails of the four children (2,3,4,5) with 5 being an image from either of its children (6,7).

    The way I have it set up now, it is only showing 2,3,4 and nothing for 5.

    How I have it set up right now is the following:

    Also, I cant seem to get 5 to display the order of its children by date, with the newest being first?

    And yes, I have read the Wiki and the forum, but I am obviously missing something undecided

      Yeah... not possible.. MaxiGallery lists only the "real" galleries, e.g. the document’s that have pictures in them. Sorry.

      try &childgalleries_order_by, see available parameters from wiki smiley
