My "next" button is in the middle of the image. The "prev" button is in the correct place. Any idea how to fix this? The "close" button is a few pixels too far to the left as well. There is also a white vertical box extending the length of my image above and below the next and prev buttons. Is this correct? How do I remove it if I don’t want it?

These are all css issues. When you are having such problems, eg. html elements in 3rd party resources does not layout correctly, there are css collisions between your site css and the 3rd party resource (you have multiple css rules targeting to the same html elements). You can solve it by commenting out everything from you site css file and see if it works. If it then looks ok, start bringing back the css blocks in your site css file one by one and see what causes your problems. Then modify your site css accordingly.
