I can’t find a way to show the image file size. I want to show this in the manager so I can identify among duplicate images which is the one I want to keep. But I can imagine this owuld be handy in other contexts as well, so I’m probably just overlooking something. I searched through the [+maxigallery.picture.fieldname+] options, but none seem to offer file size.

Yep, there is no placeholder for filesize.

Perhaps I should be more specific: how can I get and display the image file size?

You’d need to edit maxigallery php to get the filesize with php’s filesize() function and add it to the placeholders array.
