MaxiGallery Portuguese BR language files

This is a brazilian portuguese translation for MG 052 and for MG 060 ( or whatever version from the sticky).

All the other lang files and folders, including navigation labels can be cloned from the official lang_pt folders since no further editing is needed there.

Good job with the translations. This will help make Brazilian Portuguese an officially supported MODx language.
