I did read that, and I know that i’m not exceeding the max size because I’ve only been uploading pics that are under 1MB. Even if I only upload 3 pics at that size the error pops up.
As I said below, I changed the defaults in the php.ini so the max uploading should be high enough to take these images.
I’ve also noticed that when loading multiple images, it will successfully upload the first picture and create the thumb. However, it doesn’t successfully upload the second, third, etc. images. When I hit the back button from the error page, the first image in the upload is successfully entered into the gallery.

Same result with a new error message. First image uploads successfully with a thumb, but as it creates the second thumb the new error pops up:
