[CSS] Small ridiculous glitch in IE...

Hi! I would need a small advice for my website : The only thing that is not right is that the bottom of a link is chopped by... I don’t know what, but it’s not there! Any hint on what could cause this?? it’s not the outer <div> that is hiding the bottom : i increased the height of the parent div and nothing happens....

IE might be squeezing 30px a little too tight
