Separate styles for 'title' and 'description' when viewing 'caption'

When the caption is displayed under a picture (using slimbox), the title and description are already concatenated (a hyphen gets added as well). I want to apply a separate style to the title and have searched high-and-low through the scripts and cannot find where these two are being put into an index as one string. My desire is to simply wrap the title portion with a ’span’ tag.

Thanks but that would only affect the ’title’ (attribute of an anchor tag) that appears when mousing over the thumbnail image in the gallery view.

I did start by looking at those templates, but the slimbox.js file dynamically writes all the html for the picture view and the ’default’ picturetpl.html file isn’t used.

you have not to change the pictureTpl but the gallerypictureTpl or your chunk for gallerypictureTpl. Slimbox looks for the title-attribute in the anchor-tag of the thumbnail and makes the html from that.
Did you try it? I’m sure it will work!!

I did also make a little change to my slimbox, where I can make an hidden div for each thumb and slimbox takes the innerhtml of that div for the infos shown in the description-field of the slimbox. But I think you do not need that, when you only want to have a span arround the title.
