Problems with Maxi Gallery Upload with lightbox or ajax

Hope some one can shed some light on this problem im having?

If i use Basic call

[[MaxiGallery? &pics_in_a_row=`3` &max_thumb_size=`110` &max_pic_size=`400` &titles_in_overview=`1` &keep_bigimg=`1` &pics_per_page=`6`]]

It workd i can uploade images but if i use the lightbox call

[[MaxiGallery? &display=`embedded` &embedtype=`lightboxv2` &pics_in_a_row=`3` &max_thumb_size=`110` &max_pic_size=`0` &thumb_use_dropshadow=`1`]]

I get the button but when clicked the page re-freshes,
very strange?

You must call the snippet uncached, eg. [!MaxiGallery..... not [[MaxiGallery.... or set the document to be not cacheable.
