Ditto and MaxiGallery

Hi

I am developing a website for a bridal shop and need a little help.

I want to create a site with the following functionality -

Individual webpages for each dress designer that features a simple Maxi Gallery displaying the dresses in the range
A webpage that displays one image from each of the designers range which links to the page displaying all of the designers collection - I may need to add a little text to accompany each of the linking images

What would be the esiest way to do this? I know that Ditto pulls content from other pages into a page but I am not sure if I could pull one of the images from the MaxiGallery using Ditto. Is this possible to do?

You can use the maxigallery childgalleries display type to list every designers gallery. The childgallery display type fetches one picture from each gallery. The picture can be some specific (by using sorting) or a random one.

Or you can do it with ditto and use maxigallery in ditto’s template. It’s all the same..
