[solved]Can MaxiGallery use images dir to store images?

Can MaxiGallery be setup to use the images dir to store the images rather than the galleries dir? I am working on a project where we are using MG to manage the images in order to attach data to each image. However we would also like to have the images available in the resource browser for use inline in the content. Can this be done?

I think I found my own answer, embarasingly it is the first item in the config of the snippet:

// Path where the galleries will be stored (you have to create it and make it writeable!)
$path_to_galleries="assets/galleries/"; // [ path ]

So if I set $path_to_galleries="assets/images/"; it should work. Humm, I think I need to find a way to prevent users from renaming the dirs,

Yes, that’s the correct parameter to configure it.
