When i upload images to maxigallery the size gets shrunk down by about 5px in both height and width. I can then go into the gallery folder with the id of the gallery and overlay the images there with the original and they show up fine at the correct size in the gallery, but i don’t want users to have to do this. Anyone have any idea why the images are getting resized during upload?
The two maxigallery parameters &max_pic_size and &max_thumb_size determine what the pictures are re-sized to as they are uploaded. My guess is that you either left them out or specified them incorrectly (did you use backquotes around the parameter values?).
After fixing it, you’ll have to upload the pics again for it to have any effect.

thanks for the tip, that was the missing parameter. I poured over the wiki for a couple of days and for some reason kept missing that.
