what I mean is that I am preparing pages with a maxigalley call like this in the template:
[!MaxiGallery? &pictureTpl=`mgPicture` &display=`pictureview`!]
and the mgPicture chunk is this:
<img id="maxImage" src="[(base_url)][+maxigallery.path_to_gal+][+maxigallery.picture.filename+]" alt="[+maxigallery.picture.title:htmlent+]" />
this only works if there are images in this gallery
now I get this error:

looks like MG does not check if there are images at all.
is there a posibility that it wil not show anything when using a call linke this?
or do I need to use another call?
