Slimbox and Flash Doesn't Work Well

    Hi, if I have a slimbox gallery on a page along with a flash animation, then the slimbox viewer always opens up behind the flash in IE6 and IE7.

    Has anyone else see this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

      You need to add <param name="wmode" value="transparent"/> to the flash object params inside the <object> tag and wmode="transparent" attribute to the <embed> tag.

        Hi Doze, thanks for the reply.

        Unfortunately adding that HTML causes IE6 to abort loading the page half way through with an error message "Operation Aborted".

          That is caused by some javascript and it’s a known problem in IE.. do you have other js scripts in the document than slimbox?
